Bronwyn B. Tilton

Biography

Bronwyn has extensive civil litigation and arbitration experience in commercial and construction litigation, insurance defense, personal injury and wrongful death, automobile and commercial trucking litigation, premises liability, liquor/dram shop cases, debt collection, liens and real estate matters. For more than twenty-eight years, she has represented a wide range of clients, including business owners, production and custom homebuilders, general contractors, subcontractors and individuals in all aspects of litigation, from the initial filing to ultimate disposition in arbitration or at trial. Bronwyn also advises business owners as an outside counsel related to general risk management.
