Virginia Pederson has successfully litigated on behalf of clients throughout Texas in both State and Federal courts. She manages a diverse litigation docket with a focus on premises liability and personal injury litigation, construction defects, medical malpractice, commercial disputes, contractual indemnity, and professional liability. Virginia’s practice routinely involves the analysis of intricate legal issues and her diverse background in litigation ensures that she can effectively and efficiently meet the needs of her clients. Prior to joining Lanza Law Firm, Virginia was a partner in another litigation firm in the Houston area.
Virginia earned her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in 2003 and her J.D. from University of Houston Law Center in 2007. In law school, she was a traveling member of the nationally-ranked mock trial team and served as both Social Chair and Treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta.
Virginia is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
